As per new announcement of Microsoft when you purchase a new PC, it won't support Windows 7 or 8. Microsoft has recently put out a statement concerning a change to its support policy that lays out that latest generation of processors, opening with Intel’s latest Skylake processors aren’t going to be fully supported on the previous operating systems.
